This morning I went to check the temperature outside and thought this looked neat. The inside and outside temperatures were the same, only that the inside was positive and the outside negative.

The temps dipped further over night and woke up to -24.6 at home. My truck displayed -28 on my drive in. I suspect some wind chill affects there.

It’s been a pretty light winter so far…….until today. Old Man Winter arrived with style. A storm walloped us over night and will continue until about the noon hour. By the end we would have received somewhere between 10-15cms of snow. Winds are gusting between 30-50 kmh. And it’s cold…. -15 with a high of only -11 today which they say will feel more like -25. I’m working from home today! Here’s some pics of our backyard. Most of this snow fell over night.
