Um….a mild, wet and foggy day. This is February? Last two days were 16 degrees! I was out in my shorts yesterday. Today is much cooler…. +4. 😳

Unfortunately a lousy picture of a coyote taking a stroll through our yard. Not necessarily good news to see a coyote hanging around your yard but I have to admit it was somewhat exciting to see this today. It was around 10am when we were eating brunch and I happened to notice something in our yard. By the time I grabbed my phone and activated the camera it was in the process of leaving. I wish I could have got some good pics with my DSLR and zoom lense.

I won’t call it an ice storm like we had a few years ago but getting some freezing today. Causing havoc out there but sure decorates nature nicely.

After a month of above freezing temperatures nearly all our snow melted. Last Wednesday our backyard looked like this.
Then, since the weekend colder temperatures- I say this with our perspective- arrived in along with snow. It now looks like this.
